Sun Island Resort

Sun  Island 1,6 Km uzunluğunda ve yaklaşık 380 metre genişliğinde bir adadır ve toplam 350 odası bulunmaktadır. Bunlardan 72 tanesi Water Bungalov, 4 tanesi Presidential Suite, 218 adet Süper Deluxe ve 60 adet Standart odadır. Tüm Süper Deluxe ve Standart odaları kumsalı ve denizi görecek şekilde dizayn edilmiştir. Odaların tümünde klima, mini bar, kasa, telefon, müzik kanalı, uydu kanallı TV bulunmaktadır. Banyolarda küvet, odanın dışında duş, saç kurutma makinesi, sıcak ve soğuk su ve telefon vardır. Sun Island, uluslararası mutfaklardan yemeklerin sunulduğu bir çok restaurant ve bara sahiptir. Barlarda egzotik içecekler her zaman bulunmaktadır. Eğlence, spor ve dinlence için otelde tenis kortları, badminton, squash, voleybol, elektronik oyunlar ve karaoke salonu mevcuttur. Otel içinde ayrıca, parfüm, hediyelik eşya, mücevherat ve kozmetik ürünleri için alışveriş yerleri bulunmaktadır. Büyük bir yüzme havuzu ve çocuklar için küçük havuz egzotik adanın tam ortasına kurulmuştur. Denizi ve plajı sevenler için değişik su sporları ve aktiviteleri yapılmaktadır.

* Sun Island Resort Maldivlerin en büyük adalarindan biri oldugu icin aktiviteleri ve olanaklari da fazla olan bir tesistir. Kumsalı oldukça güzeldir ve dalma sporuyla ugrasanlar icin de güzel bir tercihtir. Özellikle "mini-shark" denen köpekbalığı besleme turuna veya Yunus Balıgı izleme turuna katılabilirsiniz. Köpekbalıkları, tamamen zararsızdır ve ellerinizle besleyebilirsiniz.

* Tesiste Deluxe Beach, Super Deluxe beach ve Water Bungalow olarak 3 ayrı oda tipi vardır. Balayı çiftleri için su üstü bungalowları (Water Bungalow) önerebiliriz. Resimlerde bungalowlar beton tarzı gibi gözükse de ortalama bir 5* tesisin tüm yeterli ekipmanları mevcuttur.

* Sun Island büyük bir ada oldugundan varış günü bisiklet kiralarsanız, adayı bisikletle gezme şansınız olacaktır.

* Tesis, yarım pansiyon çalışmaktadır, ancak bizim önerimiz herşey dahil olarak tatilinizi geçirmenizdir. Büyük bir resort olması dolayısıyla günlük yeme-içme ihtiyaçlarınızı böylece herşey dahil konseptiyle giderebilirsiniz.

Sun Island excels at hosting business meetings and events. Our attractive facilities are fully equipped for all types of staging, from award galas, banquets to multi-media presentations. All offer the assistance of experienced meeting and conference personnel to help you successfully plan and execute each event. Ideal meeting and conference location perhaps an excellent spot for complicate deals. Concerning health & fitness, we have a wide variety of activities available to ensure absolute relaxation for your tired muscles. These activities include aromatherapy massage, aerobics, gymnasium, sauna, steam bath, chilled pond, Jacuzzi and saloon, etc.

Water Sports
The Water Sports Center of Sun Island is located on the East Side of the island. It has two toilets, two showers, a small terrace, and workshop, sail and surfboard racks are also available. On 20 meter distance there is the beach bar with view to the next door island.

We have three English-speaking instructors to help you in your need and through the lessons. Rental catamaran and windsurfing, water-ski, knee boarding, banana riding, rental canoe’s (single & double) and Jet Ski riding are the activities offered. Jets-ski trips and speedboat trips to the other islands also can be organized on request.

Dolphin Watch
Although it is a part of a Maldivian Fisherman’s daily life to see the fascinating scenarios of the Dolphins play and jump while they pass by in the early mornings and evenings in giant groups, it would be a rare treat for any visitor to experience this marvelous feeling. We organize dolphin safaris everyday in the morning and evening (if the required number of participants sign up). We cannot guarantee your luck but wish you good luck.

Reef Explorer
This journey is to explore the hidden secrets beneath the ocean where the aquamarine beauty and amazing multi-coloured corals and fauna are found. The trip is lead by skilled guides who will take you to the best reefs in the vicinity. Snorkelling equipment is available to rent from diving center.These equipment are also available to purchase from our souvenir shop.
